GROWN UP AND ME

Our staff will guide you and your child in various activities which will help them develop gross and fine motor skills, coordination, strength, balance, and body awareness. Explore, learn, bounce and play with us at Evergreen!

PRESCHOOL

By encouraging children to move, explore and socialize at a critical period in their development, we can help promote a variety of physical and mental skills that will be valuable all their lives. A creative and positive teaching environment will foster a healthy self-image and boost their confidence.

RECREATIONAL

Gymnasts will build strength, coordination, and confidence while having fun learning new skills on all gymnastics events, including floor, beam, bars, vault, and trampoline. Classes are designed to be upbeat and engaging, with creative drills, stations, and games that keep athletes moving while reinforcing proper technique and safety in a positive, encouraging environment.

PRE TEAM

The Pre-Team program is a preparatory class for gymnasts who are displaying aptitude for competitive gymnastics. This class focuses on developing advanced skills, strength, flexibility, and technique in preparation for the competitive team. Students will work on more complex elements across all apparatuses—vault, bars, beam, and floor—while building the discipline and focus needed for competitive gymnastics. 

COMPETITIVE TEAM

Evergreen offers a year-round competitive gymnastics program. Team members must commit to a certain minimum number of hours per week based on their level. Evergreen has coached many USAG and H.S. champions.
